Privacy Policy, User Information and Terms of Use
We collect two types of information about our users:
Personally identifiable information and non-personally identifiable information.
Any information is collected, processed, and used in accordance with the regulations established by Georgian legislation, including the Law of Georgia on Personal Data Protection.
Personally identifiable information
Personally identifiable information is information that can be used to identify a specific user.
We may ask you to provide certain information about yourself (such as your first name, last name, email address, and date of birth) when you engage in any activity through our website, such as opening an account, registering with us, or purchasing products. When paying for a product, we may also ask you to provide your card number, expiration date, authentication code, or other relevant information.
The latter is not stored on our website, as the payment is made through a secure page of our partner bank. Therefore, we do not have access to your card information.
Non-personally identifiable information
Non-personally identifiable information is information that does not identify a specific user.
This type of information may include the type of browser you are using and your Internet Protocol “IP” address.
We and/or our authorized third-party service providers and advertisers may automatically receive this information when you are on our website.
Disclosure of non-personally identifiable information
Please note that we may share or provide non-personally identifiable information to our partners.
All of the above is intended to improve the service you receive. Updating and changing information
You can change any of your personally identifiable information by logging into the appropriate section of your account on the website.
We encourage you to promptly update your personally identifiable information if it changes. You may request that we delete the information in your account.
However, because we track past transactions, you cannot delete information related to past transactions made on the website.
Additionally, it may not be possible for us to delete all of your information because we periodically back up information.
Your card information is not stored on our website, but is stored on a secure page provided and managed by our partner bank.
The latter has its own information protection policy, which is not within our control.
User Choices Regarding Information Collection and Use
You can always refrain from providing additional information. However, providing information may become necessary if you engage in any activity on the website.
Information security
We take many security measures to protect your personally identifiable information. Your personally identifiable information is only accessible on our website if you provide your username and password.
This password is encrypted. We recommend that you do not share your password with third parties. In addition, your personally identifiable information is stored on a secure server that is only accessible to authorized personnel and contractors. We do not have any information about your card and it is not available to us because your card is under the control of the partner bank.
Please note that no data transmission over the Internet or wireless networks can be guaranteed to be absolutely secure. We use commercially reasonable security measures to protect data and we also seek to establish relationships only with organizations that take the same approach to this issue.
However, we cannot guarantee the security of the website or any information transmitted from the website, and we are not responsible for the actions of any third party who may receive any such information.
